HEAR FROM OUR GRADS
I came back from Satya Embodied 200 YTT enlightened, empowered and extremely grateful for taking the time for myself. I will delight in inquiry for months and years to come over the lessons and content I learned.
Sara not only gave us a peek behind the curtain of how to craft an amazing class, but she also shared what seemed like secrets about meditation, yamas and niyamas, chakras, playlists, theming, anatomy and chants. Through the daily meditations, I felt like I was given the keys to unlock the teachings of my inner soul and connect to the spirit world, when needed.
Sara created a space for our group that was incredibly safe, fun, and conducive for learning a lot of information. She was well attuned to the needs of each individual and had no problem making adjustments for each person when needed. She was masterful at balancing the rigorous schedule with having fun and accommodating unplanned needs as they arose.
I highly recommend taking Satya Embodied yoga teacher training with Sara Goff. You will leave the training with a deeper practice, inspired and closely connected to your inner spirit.

About the Instructor
Sara Goff (Aurora Satya Devi) is an E-RYT500 Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with over 3500 hours of teaching experience. In her nine years as an instructor, she has been honored to teach workshops and classes in studios and schools, privates in Manhattan high-rises and Maui mansions, led retreats on white sands and in deep jungles, been a resident instructor at remote surf lodges, assisted YTTs in Indian shalas, and opened four festivals on glorious mountaintops. She has shared yoga's wisdom and lineage in Costa Rica, Mexico, India, and stateside in New York, Colorado, California, Michigan, Hawaii, and her native Ohio.
Known for her unique blending of the playful with the sacred, Sara aims always to create true union between our innate capacity as fully embodied beings and the inner teacher and pure divinity within. Placing deep emphasis in her teaching on both bio-individually safe alignment and the energetic and spiritual philosophies of yoga, Sara offers a methodology designed to ignite each student's highest potential on the physical, emotional, energetic, mental, and spiritual planes.
A Priestess and circle leader in The Wild Woman Project and Love Crew (producer) for The Wild Woman Fest, as well as a group facilitator and group and individual Soul Guide, Sara is passionate about creating an environment for optimal growth and learning, one that offers deep respect, honor, safety, inclusion, curiosity, and the potency of nourishing community. Students can expect to leave Costa Rica with a massively enhanced understanding of yoga's history, lineage, and physical and philosophical application, as well as empowered and motivated with the newly-found voice and aligned embodiment of their own unique expression as an aspiring teacher.
Personally, Sara is an intense lover of the natural world (with a special devotion to trees, the moon, and the sea) and discoveries offered through travel to distant lands and remote cultures. She delights in playground swings, dark chocolate, women gathered in sisterhood, solo and group adventures, and energy-charged stones. She currently makes her home in Ohio with her husband and daughter.
